Every phrase a room says out loud, what it carries, and how strongly it is required. This is the shared vocabulary — it is the same in every domain.
Universal call types
A call type opens the loop. Most are specific to a domain and live in its profile. These are inherited by every profile.
Question- A decision is unknown and blocks progress. May resolve with no agent work at all.

9 cuesEach of these carries an invariant. Omitting the utterance means the rule it serves was not satisfied — these are not stylistic preferences.
acknowledgeProfessional kitchens have used it for a century to mean received and understood. Comprehension, not mere availability, is what invariant 2 protects.
claimAsserts exclusivity. Two people can both be on it; only one thing is mine.
promptingaugment_responseWhen someone offers a constraint and the Owner says nothing, the contributor reasonably believes it was included. Silence is the failure mode; both acknowledgement and a reasoned refusal satisfy the invariant.
preliminaryAn unlabelled result becomes a commitment the moment someone outside the professional relationship repeats it. The most formal word in the registry, kept because no shorter word carries the same protection.

A profile may substitute the phrase for any cue where its domain genuinely says something else. Architecture and engineering rooms say “Listening” where software teams say “Ready”; both acknowledge, and neither is wrong. A substitution changes the word, never the meaning or the requirement level.
