Examples

Real sessions, written down as they were spoken. Each line is tagged with the move it performs, and the specification refuses to publish an example that quotes wording the Standard has moved past.

The loop, followed

What it sounds like when a room runs the Standard. Note where each one ends: the most useful examples do not end with everyone agreeing.

The loop, broken

The same kind of meeting, run the way most rooms already run. Each of these names the rule that broke, the moment it broke, and what it cost — because none of it looks like a failure while it is happening.

Send us a meeting

This is the smallest useful contribution to the Standard, and the place to start. You do not need to write a profile for your industry first, and if there is no profile for it yet the example still publishes. Sessions that went wrong are especially wanted — there are not enough of them, and they teach faster than the clean ones.
